Each order is securely packaged for shipment to help protect the print or framed artwork in transit. Because your artwork is made to order, packaging may differ depending on the size and whether the piece is framed or unframed.
Because each piece is made to order, The Creative Visualist does not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
We work to represent the artwork as accurately as possible, but slight differences in color can occur because computer and mobile displays vary. Natural variations can also occur in paper and frame finishes.
