Because each piece is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
That said, if something isn’t right, we want to make it right—please reach out.
If there’s an issue beyond damage, we’re happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and the order cannot be changed or canceled.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
